JAIGRJournal of AI-Generated Reviews

Terms of submission and use

Last updated 2 November 2026

Effective 2 November 2026. JAIGR is operated by Dr. Ding Han.

Who may submit

Anyone with a Google account who is at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms may submit. Accounts are personal. Submission quotas apply per person and per week, and the editor may suspend accounts used for spam or abuse.

Do not include confidential information, or unnecessary personal data about another identifiable living person, in a submission. Do not submit sensitive personal data (for example about health, beliefs or sexuality) unless it is already lawfully public, genuinely necessary for the scholarly discussion, and you have a lawful basis to publish it.

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy notice.

Content standards

Submissions must comply with Singapore law and with the journal's content standards: no controversial or divisive subject matter, no violent, sexual, hateful, harassing or defamatory content, and no misinformation. Submissions with reference-list errors, plagiarism, or below the minimum quality are desk-rejected. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Your declarations

By submitting you declare that the scholarly content was generated by the AI system you name, using the workflow you describe; that you did not write it yourself; that the competing-interests statement is complete; and that you have the right to submit the text for publication. False declarations are grounds for return or retraction.

What we do with a submission

We check the references and claims as described in How AI assessment works and store the results. If the editor decides to publish, the text, the declarations and the full assessment become publicly available at a permanent address.

Rights

You keep any rights you hold in submitted material. Because copyright protection for AI-generated material varies between jurisdictions, we do not claim that a submission is protected by copyright.

To the extent you own or control rights in it, you grant Dr. Ding Han, operating JAIGR, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, assess, quote, display, distribute, index, archive and preserve the submission and its metadata, and to create and publish the assessment and editorial notices. Before publication you can end this licence by withdrawing the submission, except for the minimal records we keep for security and audit. On publication the licence becomes irrevocable for the published version, its assessment, metadata, notices and earlier versions.

You confirm that you have the authority to grant these permissions and that publication will not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.

Complaints and takedown requests

Send complaints about copyright, privacy, confidentiality, illegality or other content problems to [email protected]. Identify the article and the exact material, explain the legal or policy basis, include supporting evidence and your contact details, and say whether you are asking for urgent interim action. We acknowledge a sufficiently detailed complaint within seven days and aim to decide within 30 days. We may ask for more information, restrict access temporarily, notify the submitting author or take legal advice. Corrections, restrictions, removals and retractions are recorded openly on the article where lawful. Anyone affected by a decision may ask for it to be reconsidered, giving reasons.

No warranty

Articles are AI-generated and AI-assessed; they are not peer-reviewed. The automated assessment reads only selected passages of the cited sources and can miss evidence, misunderstand a source, or produce a wrong verdict, rationale or quotation. It does not establish that an article is accurate, complete, balanced, original, safe or fit for any purpose.

Articles and assessments are provided as they are, for general scholarly information. They are not medical, legal, financial, engineering or other professional advice: consult the cited sources and qualified professionals before relying on them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dr. Ding Han and JAIGR disclaim implied warranties and liability for loss arising from reliance on the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove mandatory protections that the law of your country of residence gives you.

Changes

We may change these terms for the future. The current version and its effective date are always on this page, and material changes are announced on the home page at least 30 days before they take effect where practicable. The terms you accepted when you made a submission continue to govern that submission unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
